Natenapit Chaisalee
Khun Nate, the Founder of The KPI Plus, is a highly experienced and successful hotelier with over 16 years in the industry. She has held leadership positions at some of the most prestigious hotels in Thailand, including the Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach, The Westin Siray Bay Resort and Spa Phuket, and The Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok.
As a Customer Success Manager, Nate brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to The KPI Plus, helping hotels to achieve their revenue and business goals through effective marketing and revenue management strategies. She is passionate about helping hotels to maximize their potential and succeed in today’s highly competitive market.

Isara Isaraniran
Khun Isara, co-founder of The KPI Plus, has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. He has worked with a variety of companies, including ReverseAds, Ezee Technosys, Compass Edge, OYO Hotels, and Krabi Spesialisten DMC gaining expertise in sales, digital marketing, and hotel tech solutions. Isara currently serves as the Business Development Head for The KPI Plus, where he uses her extensive experience to help hotels improve their revenue and grow their business.
