She is CEO and Founder of The KPI Plus, a management consulting and hotel marketing company in Phuket, Thailand. With 18 years of hospitality experience at world-class brands including Mandarin Oriental, Westin, and Marriott, she translates deep industry knowledge into practical strategies that deliver measurable results.
Her achievements include being named Brilliant Coach of the Year by Marriott International Thailand and earning Professional Certified Coach (PCNH) accreditation from the International Coaching Federation in 2025. Before founding The KPI Plus in 2021, Nate held leadership roles as Front Office Manager at Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa and Westin Hotels, plus Guest Relations Officer at Mandarin Oriental Bangkok. She has also guest-lectured at Phuket Rajabhat University’s Faculty of Tourism Management.
